India Today ‘Expose’ claims Pakistan funds separatists to ‘create trouble in Valley’

India Today has claimed that it had has come up with evidence of “Pakistan’s state and non-state actors, including Hafiz Saeed, choreographing anarchy through their agents in the Kashmir Valley.”
It claimed that it caried aon camera investigation in which several top Kashmiri separatist leaders are “confessing to receiving funds from across the border.”
“Some of them also admitted they raised money domestically, pledging to repeat the deadly events of 2016 if financed again.
