“World Bicycle Day" was celebrated at AGS, Anantnag High Ground by organising different events depicting the importance of this day.
A Bicycle rally was organized for students. Thereafter a short movie and lectures were organised for the students highlighting the use of Bicycles in the present era of increasing pollution by vehicles and degrading health. Students and Teacher's also presented motivational talks about the importance and need of bicycle.
On this occasion four mountain bicycles were gifted to the school for inculcating cycling as a hobby for the students with an aim to promote use of bicycles in daily life.
