ChekKawoosa residents without electricity from 10 days

 Residents of ChekKawoosaNarbal alleged that the repair work on damaged transform which was sent 10 days ago to concern workshop is yet to get started. They appealed authorities to look into the issue and allay the problems faced by locality during bone chilling winter.
The residents of ChekKawoosa expressed disappointed over the inordinate delay in dispatching electric transformer to the locality. They said before 10 days field employees of PDD took away the electric transform for repairing but despite of passing 10 days area is without electricity.
They said, “with the onset of winter season the electric transformer of the area received several technical snags which caused lot of hardships to the people living in the area”.
They said after spending 10 bone chilling days without electricity, PDD officials have failed to get the transformer back in the area.
TufailShafi, a student told that whenever we are approaching PDD officials they are saying the repair work is underway and thus are pacifying the locality.
He said yesterday when we visited the workshop we were surprised to see that the repairing work on electric transform is yet to get started.
“In our area there are dozens of elderly patients who need continuous oxygen for survival but it is impossible to administer oxygen to them in absence of electricity”, he said.
Residents have appealed authorities to provide electric transform in the area so that the hardships facing by area will come to an end. (JKNS)
