The delightful closing ceremony of cricket tournament organized by Bandipora Police under the aegis of Civic Action Programme concluded at Army Goodwill School Hajin.
The final match was played between Army13RR COB Hajin & Vijpara Hajin teams at Army Goodwill School Hajin. The Vijpara Hajin team won the final match against Army13RR COB Hajin and lifted the trophy. 16 teams have participated in the tournament.
SHO Hajin and other officers of Police & civil administration were present in the event, besides army personnel and prominent citizens were also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, SHO PS Hajin said that the tournament evoked overwhelming response from the youth. He said that these activities are a step towards peace, promoting and strengthening the bond between Youth & police as it will give youth motivation to channelize their energy and talent in constructive fields.
At the conclusion, the winner team was awarded with trophy and all the participants were awarded with appreciation certificates and cash rewards.
