It is very sad and unbecoming that the opposition parties including congress are again questioning and disrespecting the supreme sacrifices of our gallant army Jawans who are attaining martyrdom in the line of their duty and protecting the motherland .This time cheap politics is played on the martyrdom of the Air force solider who laid down his life for the nation .It is perhaps in the DNA of the congress and other opposition parties to question the sacrifice of our army jawans .It is their habit to disrespect the martyrs and the same has been done these days .Congress leader Charanjit Channi calls Poonch attack a pre –poll stunt by BJP .Former Punjab chief minister and congress leader Charanjit Singh Channi said that the terror attack on Indian Air Force [IAF] convoy in Poonch in Jammu and Kashmir was a pre-election stunt by the BJP .He further said these are all stunts and not terrorist attacks .There is no truth in it.BJP is playing with people’s lives and bodies .
Charanjit Singh Channi stoked a controversy after he said that the recent terror attack on an Indian Air Force –IAF convoy which took place in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district was a pre-election stunt by the BJP .Accusing the BJP of orchestrating such incidents to sway elections Channi alleged that such attacks are premeditated and executed to bolster the BJP’s electoral prospects .’’Whenever elections come ,such stunts are played .Similar attacks happened during last general elections .’’He said. The congress and other opposition parties are always questioning the India’s Balakot operations and the air strikes across the boarders and it sought proof of the surgical strikes in Pok .The congress leaders and also that of the INDIA bloc are stooping too low and are disrespecting the sacrifices of our fallen heroes .
To say and accuse that the Poonch Air Force attack was the pre election stunt of BJP is not digestible and BJP is the most nationalist and patriotic party and it cannot do so for vote bank purpose but congress leader Channi has accused BJP of playing with the lives of the people .Thus congress and INDIA leaders are doing petty and chief politics over the sacrifices of our army Jawans and the people of the country will definitely teach such parties and leaders a lesson and they will be defeated in the elections as the people cannot tolerate such disrespect to our slain soldiers and then they will repent for their baseless and false allegations .But the congress is habitual of disrespecting the sacrifices of our army men and it says that terrorist attacks are the handiwork of the BJP for purpose of gaining votes and political dividends .It is only because of the security forces and army that guards our borders that we sleep fearlessly and so the political parties should not denigrate the disciplined security forces and army men but revere and respect them for their duty in the interest of the nation but congress and other opposition parties day in and day out malign the army and disrespect the jawans who protect our country from internal and external enemies .Congress leaders are habitual of disrespecting, denigrating and belittling army and other security forces and they do not lose any opportunity to demean the security forces .
Congress is adept in questioning and disrespecting the martyrs and it seems that it is doing so for pleasing and placating the countries minorities and at the same time for pleasing Pakistan .For vote bank politics and appeasement of minorities ,congress and opposition leaders are criticizing and questioning army and are saying that the attacks on army are orchestrated by the BJP but there is no truth in the accusations of the opposition leaders.BJP cannot stoop so low and involve in pre-election stunts and it cannot play with the lives of the innocent people .Instead it is the congress which plays politics over the innocent lives and over the dead bodies of the soliders .People of the country are watching all the political parties and their leaders and they will teach such political leaders a lesson and defeat them in the elections .Martyrs deserve our respect and so should be respected and they should not be demeaned but should be revered and their sacrifices should be remembered and these are the things of inspiration for the country men and it teaches us patriotism and nationalism.
Congress and INDIA bloc leaders should learn to respect and revere army and never tarnish the image of the security forces .But unfortunately congress is busy in denigrating and disrespecting the country’s valiant Jawans and this is unacceptable to the people who have great regard for the army for it is the army and BSF which guards our boarders and it is because of their duty that we go to sleep fearlessly .The martyrdom of the army should be respected and never a question should be raised on the role of our disciplined army men .However congress and INDIA bloc leaders are denigrating ,questioning and disrespecting the country’s martyrs and these leaders belittle the supreme sacrifices of the security forces and army. Congress always questions the involvement of Pakistan in the terrorist activities and is saying the language of the enemy country only for minority appeasement and for vote bank politics .Congress leaders should learn the art of positive and constructive politics and criticism and should not criticize BJP government blindly particularly its hot pursuit of the militants and governments surgical strikes in Balakot but instead support the governmental initiatives of combating terrorism within and without .It is very sad and strange that congress is seeking proof and evidence of governments surgical strike in Pakistan and is doubting the government’s action across the border .Every time when the Modi government is striking and combating terrorism ,congress doubts the intentions of the government .But there is a great difference between the thought and deed of the congress and its actions and intentions are suspect. Congress as well as other opposition parties should support the government in combating and controlling terror but in India of the present day ,it is seldom seen and this is a cause of serious concern. The government and opposition parties should jointly fight the menace of terrorism so that its handlers and sponsors are defeated and people heave a sigh of relief.
