The District Srinagar Cycling Association today on 28 September organized the District Srinagar Cycling championship at Duck Park for all age Groups. In the Senior Men Road Cycling Adil Altaf Got First place while as Bahjat Nawaz and Ali Reshi Secured second and Third place respectively. In the junior boys Amaan Kalla, Adeel Badami, Mohd Mursaleen all from Kashmir Harward secured the first three positions,
While as Senior Men MTB category Shoaib Shabir of Legend School , Faizan Manzoor, Saqib Latief gotted first three Positions respectively, In the junior boys MTB Atif Fayaz, Fariq Rafiq, Mubashir got first three positions, while as Shoaib Tariq, Arhaam Khan and Mohammad Ibrahim got First three positions in Youth boys category. In the women's Road cycling Yumnna Parveez got first, Farah Ahmad got second and Aisha Mushtaq secured third place, while in veteran category Faheem Ali Punjabi got first place, Dr. Sheikh Tariq got second place and Parvaiz Ahmad Bhat got third place.
The championship was under supervision of J&K Cycling Association and J&K state sports council. At last Mr Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat Vice President JKCA (chief guest also) distributed the prizes and certificates among the winners.
