In my first Google meet with some bright students of IGNOU enrolled through RC Srinagar, i rode over the thought processes that why such students haven't inspired by motivational teaching stuff to achieve their implementation of life with standard and characteristic of morality.

I caught hold of the meeting with some questions related to the future of the students and they presented their life with some challenges and they want how to master their life with two unanswerable questions: "Why the students lack in brelliancy of learning abilities irrespective of those students who belong to outside universities and colleges and why students can't robust the learning abilities and skills if the teacher tries his best to explore them as a whole".
What a strange question is there that the teacher has a great status in the society and tagged to develop the social and spiritual ability of a student, why is it there that almost every student has a say that they are not what they deserve to be,glory be to teaching by great teachers that it has changed the world in its perception and instinct.
The great teachers of the world were having the greater degree of inspiration and creativity to develop the human with knowledge of understanding and reality. The teachers have filled the student's mindset with a capacity having assertion of divinity and morality.
The great teachers have endless desire and were always yearning, every time they work for the betterment of students and at the end of their teaching they didn't have any regret. For that reason they often said to the students on accidental meet with a great impression of mind,“I known you as I was your teacher" in response to that the students feel goosebumps and awed on such remembrance.
I have in the Google meeting that after the exchange of words in terms of question and answer,i felt a window open for me to do something for exploration of creativity and imagination among the students. Upon hearing the questions and answers about the realisation of their goals that they can face the tough time in future and should have to develop the concentration power on their objective with a longing that their futuristic goals are never on a distant view.
Now-a-days the relationship between teacher and students is distorted by some disadvantageous teaching that too devoid of spiritual ability. The great teachers have transferred all their knowledge into the heart of students and transformed them into the great vision and mission.
In the world of teaching, it is firmly accepted that there is no greater than the guide who is having spiritual touch.This relationship could never be melted as it has a long-lasting durability and impression upon the mindset of the students.
And it must be understood that all great teachers are given sainthood by the grace of Almighty Allah.This knowledge enables individuals to inspire critically,to think out-of-the-box and enables the
students to respond any kind of challenge.
However, the new education policy needs to focus on early education with spiritual touch, the building block on which rests the foundation of a strong higher education system with the capacity to meet the challenges of research work and knowledge production.
" With the skills and abilities the students can overcome any kind of problem related to the academic affairs or any other professional career"
