Major causes of juvenile delinquency

1.Behavioral change in adolescence:

Elements of the social bond, routine activities, opportunity, and attitudes towards violence are also included in providing mortal pleasure moments to the juveniles.

8.Family crises:

Family crises that may have an influence on offending include parental conflict or separation, criminal parents or siblings, parental abuse or neglect, and the quality of the parent-child relationship. Children who develop behavioral problems early in their families have greater risk of showing antisocial behavior, criminal activity and violence.

And, when he cannot use his reason, then he cannot appreciate the fact hat he has been created for living his life under strict norms of religion, nor he can understand to live in accordance to the sublime truths of religion especially it is prominently found in juveniles. It is a befooling act and disease of sentimental related and whenever a juvenile follows breakage of romantic relationship then it makes a juvenile impossible to bring a subject of peace and prosperity but instead he is involved in disputes, senseless suffering, assaults, distress , cruelty and crimes.

12. Continues unrest and clampdown :

The Kashmir valley since times has thrived on love and peace adorned with the resplendent, colourful and fragrant nature. Allah( SWT) has bestowed this valley with lush green meadows, rich forests, plains and murmuring water that flows through canals, rivers, streams and springs. Every human being regardless any caste or religion has enjoyed this natural beauty with restless pleasure and felt a being living in heavenly abode. Sublimity, sanctity and the tranquility are the realm of Kashmir and never mirrored or outlook such kind of worrying and tumultuous situation. From few decades the Kashmir remains under continues turmoil and unrest had arisen from a conflict and clashes between two countries claiming their upper hand over the dispute after the withdrawal of British paramoutancy. This conflict has deep roots in Kashmir and the people of J&K especially juveniles have succumbed to psychological related ailments . Most importantly the juveniles have projected out in different antisocial and misbehavior involvements and this has been increasing alarmingly year by year.
Delinquency in the broad sense has grasped the society firmly as criminal, or other antisocial activities are at great risk factors so prevention efforts need to be comprehensive in scope this may include activities such as substance abuse education and treatment, family counseling, youth mentoring, parenting education, educational support, and youth sheltering.
