The Kashmir University (KU) authorities on Tuesday ruled out notification for conducting exams in offline mode for the 4th and end semester students.
The university took these decisions upon the recommendation of its committee which held its meeting today.
"The committee recommended that for the 3rd semester the examination shall be conducted online. However the ongoing examinations shall continue in the mode they started with whether online or offline," an official said
The university aims to conduct the examinations with all the necessary SOPs and guidelines.
Meanwhile, citing cons of online classes’ 1st and 3rd semester students at university had yesterday sought resumption of offline classes.
