45th National Arm Wrestling Championship 2022-23 organised by J&K Arm Wrestling Association affiliated with Indian Arm Wrestling Association in collaboration with which J&K Sports Council. In the Championship 700 Arm Wrestlers Participated all over India. J&K got total 20 medals ,10 Gold medal 4 silver 6 Bronze.
