
Anand Jain, IPS, Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), Armed J&K, today flagged off the Badminton and Table Tennis teams of J&K Police during a send-off ceremony held at the GO's Mess, Gulshan Ground, Jammu.
2. The teams are set to represent J&K Police at the All India Police Sports Meet, scheduled to take place in Cochin, Kerala, from 9th to 15th April 2025.
3. โ While interacting with the players, the ADGP wished them the best of luck for the upcoming tournament. He expressed his confidence that the players will bring laurels to J&K Police with their exceptional performances, just as they have in the past.
4. โ The ADGP emphasized that sports play a crucial role in character building and that the athletes serve as ambassadors of peace and brotherhood, spreading these values through their participation and conduct.
5. โ On the occasion, the ADGP presented sports kits to all the participants to support them during the tournament.
