
Rajouri May 19: Lieutenant General P. K. Mishra, UYSM, AVSM, YSM, SM, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the White Knight Corps, accompanied by the GOC Ace of Spades Division, visited forward areas of Poonch district to review the prevailing security situation and operational preparedness along the Line of Control (LoC).During the visit, the Corps Commander was briefed in detail on the counter-infiltration grid, surveillance architecture, and the integrated security measures put in place to maintain firm operational dominance in the region. Senior Army officers apprised the visiting commander about the overall security scenario and the preparedness of troops deployed in the challenging border terrain.
The visit underscored the robust coordination and synergy among all stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on vigilance, technology infusion, and adaptive preparedness to effectively counter emerging threats along the LoC.
