The 15th District Srinagar Taekwondo Championship concluded today at Gindun Stadium, organized by the Taekwondo Association of District Srinagar under the aegis of J&K Sports Council and J&K Taekwondo Association.

Chief Guest Sajad Maqbool Qurashi, Chairman of Aspire World School Humhama, graced the occasion, along with Guests of Honour Umar Hamza (Service in Youth Service and Sports), Akbar Khan (International Cyclist and National Medalist), SHO Peerzada Imtiyaz Ahmad, and Dr. Fayaz Ahmad.
Nissar Hussain (President, Taekwondo Association of District Srinagar) and Suhail Ah Khan (Organizing Secretary) chaired the championship. The referee panel included National Referees Hashim Majeed and Zain Nazir, along with State Referee Aqib Muzaffar.
Medalists were honoured for their selection to the forthcoming UT Championships in Jammu next month. The event saw participation from various schools and clubs across the district.
