The government on Monday sanctioned four-day special casual leave for Jammu-based migrant and Prime Minister’s Package Kashmiri Pandit employees on Mahashivratri.
As per Government Order No. 282-JK (GAD), the administration has sanctioned a four-day special casual leave for Jammu-based migrant employees and Prime Minister’s Package employees working in the Kashmir Valley, allowing them to celebrate Mahashivratri with their families in Jammu.
This special leave as per the government order will be applicable on February 25 (Tuesday), 27 (Thursday), 28 (Friday), and March 1 (Saturday).
The decision has been taken to ease the load from those employees who wish to travel to Jammu for the festival and spend time with their kins.
