In every institution, there comes a leader whose presence transforms not only systems, but people. A leader whose influence is not limited to authority, but extends into the hearts and lives of those around her. For me, that remarkable person has been Mrs. Zahida Gulnasti, affectionately known as Bubbly Madam.

Her transfer has left all of us stunned. The news came like a sudden silence—one that filled our staffroom, classrooms, and corridors with an emotion that is difficult to express. Teachers rarely cry, staff rarely breaks down. But today, she left the entire school in tears. And among them, I stand with a heart heavier than I can ever describe.
Because for me, she was not only a Principal… She was a mentor, a guide, a role model, and above all, a motherly figure.
I always say I have three mothers, and she is one of them. Her affection was unconditional, her guidance patient, her support unwavering. In every moment of self-doubt, she stood behind me like a backbone. So much of my experience, my growth, my confidence, and my understanding of this profession — I owe it to her.
What makes her extraordinary is not just her leadership, but the path she walked to reach there. Her life was not easy. Challenges tried to dim her, struggles attempted to break her. But she rose — every time — with dignity, strength, and grace. She carries the weight of her hardships like a crown, not a burden. And that is what makes her a majestic leader, a gigantic personality, and a woman of rare courage.
Her leadership was never authoritative; it was compassionate. She corrected us with kindness, supported us without hesitation, and celebrated our smallest victories like they were her own. To be under her supervision was to feel protected. To work with her was to constantly learn. To talk to her was to experience warmth.
Her transfer feels like losing the sun for a while — but the warmth she gave us will remain forever.
As a staff member, I have not only lost a Principal; I have lost a daily source of strength. Her absence will echo in every meeting, every decision, every moment of doubt. But her teachings, her love, and her spirit will continue to guide me.
Ma’am, I want to say this with full sincerity: I will miss you deeply. Your respect, your affection, your motherly care — they will remain with me for the rest of my journey. I will always speak of you with pride, gratitude, and love. No words can define your impact on my life.
You may have moved to another institution, but you will forever remain a part of my professional identity — and a permanent place in my heart.
