Almighty Allah Says: And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty [Qur'an 5: 2]. And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided. Islam not only recognises absolute equality between men irrespective of any distinction of colour, race or nationality, but makes it an important and significant principle, a reality. The Almighty God has laid down in the Holy Quran: "O mankind, we have created you from a male and female." In other words all human beings are brothers to one another. They all are the descendants from one father and one mother. "And we set you up as nations and tribes so that you may be able to recognize each other" (49:13).

This means that the division of human beings into nations, races, groups and tribes is for the sake of distinction, so that people of one race or tribe may meet and be acquainted with the people belonging to another race or tribe and cooperate with one another.
The relationship between human beings and setting an example of brotherhood in the society is so important that the Preamble of the Quran should be stated in a way that “Man is both creature and moulder of his own society, which gives him physical sustenance and affords him the opportunity for intellectual, moral, social and spiritual growth. Other than this, he has the power to develop peace and prosperity irrespective of any sect with his growing mindset".
The human being is basically a "Bashr" and "to err is human" is a good tag but keeping in view the scenario of society where the individuals are physically and socially interacted in exercising rights which are common to all, whether they are natural or man-made, are essential to the human being for his well-being in the perspective of Islam.
In declaring the establishment of human rights there develops a direct link of human rights with the mind and soul. This can procure great social protection, declaring that Man has the fundamental right to freedom, equality and adequate conditions of life, in the society of a quality that permits a life of dignity and well-being, not degrade the personality of human being.
The Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) said, “No one who has an atom's-weight of arrogance in his heart will enter Paradise.”
Islam teaches all humans are equal before God, regardless of race, class or nationality. The daily prayer demonstrates this concept as Muslims from all walks of life pray shoulder to shoulder just to avoid any difference.
The Nature acknowledged that mankind is a part of nature and has a great value and respect in the eyes of Islam even if he has done any wrongdoing until and unless he repents. Human beings are at the centre of concerns for any development or any bloodshed or mistrust. They are entitled to a healthy and productive life in harmony with other human beings.
Islam as proper guidance for human beings and in the eyes of Almighty Allah the one who is righteous and piety who has "Taqwa" not based on voluminous knowledge but based on vision and values.
Few days back at Baramulla the great and renowned Islamic scholars of the valley and apart have issued the the declaration in a gathering about the Tableegi Jammat ,under the guidance of Aalemi Markaz, Nizamuddin,New Delhi, that the way they work having no access to proper comprehension of Deen and likely it is out of "Sharia".
To promote the declaration like this in front of public and using the third eye of Media needs a stout heart to decide which one is good and which one is bad.
At the World level Tableegi Jammat under the guidance of Aalemi Markaz Nizamuddin,has huge sustainable and sacrificial work in propagating the Deen and merely it is found that no body challenges about its ways and directions. To acknowledge the position that there exists a possible way to unite as the current times demand us so instead of pointing out upon the Tableegi Jammat which is doing work by turning night into day and day into night and billions of people have accepted Islam and renovated the Eeman which is treated out of comprehension and contemplation.
Islamic scholars in the gathering at Baramulla pinched into an issue which is growth less and baseless rather than they have to work about the concern "Why Muslim girls in Kerala are Leaving Islam" a headline in News18 few months back, not go away here in our valley almost 17 girls left the Islam and even one of them married with Quadiyani boy. Clerics with profundity envisioning this concern seriously, why Muslims particularly youngsters, leaving the fold of Islam.
Time is giving us alarm to develop the relationship among humans rather than exercising human rights for personal benefits. The preamble stated that the human rights are directly affected by the state of the society if there is any filthy, furious and ferocious declaration. The right to live a life in Islamic perspective is the procedural cause of Islam, the human rights such as access to information and participation in gathering is good but decision making or any kind of declaration by which a enormous followers throughout the world get hurt and this can be connected to the skirmishes between the sects.
Few years back on several occasions, the baseless declaration has too destroyed the unity ultimately resulted in the curtailment of the "to and fro movement" of close relatives and even the pious matrimonial relationships have been broken in few evidence. The statement has not proved any present convenient recognition that the right of everyone as per particular saying is not the standard of physical and mental well-being in terms of Islam. One must develop proper realization of the Islam and shall include those necessary steps which are meant for the improvement of all aspects of Islam. The Islam is not so twisted but it has been filled with valuable lessons that have shaped the society without any low self-esteem of any individual. It can't be defeated by these challenges if it is used as motivation to work harder to find any solution of any concern.
In my realization that Islam has a open chapter to decide to turn any struggle into opportunities for growth of society and self-discovery for the peace and prosperity and realise that "what are you before Islam". If people start to focus on this declaration, then similar struggles can perish you in no time. Try to overcome all the obstacles of sects particularly of basic minor differences and treat yourself a surmountable asset of the society and follow the path of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and righteous teachings of Quran you can achieve the goals of here and hereafter and live the life to the fullest.
"In conclusion, this struggle has been a test for everyone, but it has also been a source of strength and inspiration with vision and mission then it can be easy to develop the righteous inclination towards the right cause of Islam."
