(Honours) from KCF Law College.
With over 12 years of experience, Laila serves as a Panel Lawyer with the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Srinagar, providing free legal aid to indigent litigants. She is also a member of the Legal Services Unit for Mentally Retarded Persons and Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (LSUM) and the Legal Services Unit for Children (LSUC), advocating for the rights of vulnerable groups.
