Tuensang, June 10: Assam Rifles conducted a Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Session for girl students of Classes V to X at Assam Rifles High School, Tuensang on June 9, 2026, as part of its ongoing community outreach initiatives.

The session focused on educating students about menstrual health, personal hygiene, and the importance of maintaining clean and safe practices during menstruation. Officials also addressed common myths and misconceptions associated with menstruation, encouraging students to adopt a scientific and informed understanding of the subject.
