Kohima, Sep 23: The Assam Rifles National Integration Tour team from Tengnoupal visited Kohima, Nagaland, on September 23, 2025, to explore the region’s rich historical and cultural heritage.

The 31-member delegation toured the iconic Kohima War Cemetery, paying tribute to the soldiers who laid down their lives during World War II. The team also visited the Cathedral Church and local markets, engaging with the community and experiencing Nagaland’s vibrant traditions.
The visit aimed to foster national integration, promote cultural understanding, and instill a sense of unity and respect for the diverse heritage of India. Team members reflected on the sacrifices of the past and the importance of preserving cultural identity while strengthening bonds across regions.
