Uri, Nov 30:Indian Army org the National Integration event "Mera Desh Meri Pehchan" for the year 2025 at Kalapahar ground, Uri on 29 Nov 25. The event provided an opportunity to the youth and children of Uri to showcase their multifarious talent and inculcate a sense of nationalism.

The event started with lighting of lamp followed by welcome note and opening address by Commanding Officer of Bajrang Battalion. Thereafter, the event included, Patriotic song, Kashmiri folk songs, variois cultural performances depicting India's unity in diversity, Inspirational and motivating interaction with students by Influential personalities to incl SDM, Seniors Civil officers and a performance by famous Singer Mr Aabid Aly. The event culminated with falicitation of Veer Naaris and participants followed by National anthem and with a pledge to contribute towards upholding the dignity and service to the nation.
The event was attended by a gathering of about 550 indls to incl civil dignitaries, teachers, students from local schools and locals of Uri town and nearby villages.
The National Integration event "Mera Desh Meri pehchan" provided an ideal platform for youth of Uri to connect with the National mainstream and develop a strong sense of nationalism. The event strengthened the bond between the Indian Army and local youth of Uri.
