Assam Rifles holds dignified Samman Samaroh

Shillong, Dec 30: Lieutenant General Vikas Lakhera, AVSM, SM, Director General of Assam Rifles, felicitated 55 Junior Commissioned Officers, 48 Other Ranks, and 2 Civil Staff members in a dignified Samman Samaroh held at the Headquarters DGAR, Laitkor, Shillong. The ceremony recognized the selfless and dedicated service of personnel retiring on 31 December 2025.

The event was attended by 45 family members from across the country, whose presence added warmth and personal significance to the occasion.
