Dimapur, Oct 19: Assam Rifles conducted a counselling session under the Rubaru initiative in Dimapur, themed “Mera Wajood (My Identity)”. The session aimed to raise awareness about mental health, nurture emotional resilience, and promote harmony within families.

A total of 49 families participated in the interactive programme, engaging actively with a trained psychological counsellor. Discussions included techniques to manage stress, resolve conflicts, and build stronger relationships among family members. The initiative also emphasized the importance of self-awareness, emotional well-being, and community support in fostering a healthy society.
This event is part of Assam Rifles’ ongoing Rubaru initiative, which focuses on holistic development, youth empowerment, and community engagement in the region, strengthening trust and cooperation between the armed forces and local communities.
