Tirap, Sep 5: The Assam Rifles celebrated Teachers’ Day at three schools in Laju Circle of Tirap district, Arunachal Pradesh, honouring the vital contribution of teachers towards shaping the future of students and strengthening education in the region.

The celebrations, organised on September 5, brought together 35 teachers and 50 students in an event aimed at recognising the dedication and commitment of educators working to nurture young minds.
The programme featured a series of cultural and other activities presented by the students. Through their performances, the students showcased their talent, creativity and appreciation for their teachers, adding colour and warmth to the celebrations.
Teachers play a crucial role in communities, particularly in remote and difficult-to-reach areas, where education serves as an important foundation for social and economic development.
