
Pungro, Sep 6: The Assam Rifles celebrated Teachers’ Day on September 5 across several schools in Nagaland, honouring educators for their vital role in shaping young minds and nurturing future generations.
Teachers’ Day programmes were organised at GHSS Pungro, GMS and Christian School Anatongre, ARHS Naginimora, and St. Xavier School Shamator. The celebrations brought together students, teachers and members of the Assam Rifles in an atmosphere of appreciation and community engagement.
Students expressed their gratitude to their teachers through cultural performances and appreciation posters, highlighting the important contribution of educators to their academic and personal development.
