Jairampur, May 21: As part of the countdown to the 12th International Day of Yoga 2026, Assam Rifles organised a series of yoga sessions and wellness activities at Jairampur Battalion on 20 May 2026, promoting health, discipline, and holistic well-being among troops and their families.

The initiative focused on encouraging physical fitness, mental resilience, and mindfulness through guided yoga practices and interactive wellness exercises.
