Tamenglong, Aug 30: Assam Rifles assisted in the commemoration of Haipou Jadonang Martyr’s Day at Jadonang Park, Tamenglong, on August 29, paying tribute to the revered freedom fighter and his enduring legacy.

The commemorative programme brought together representatives of civil society organisations, village authorities and Assam Rifles personnel, who gathered to honour Jadonang and remember his contribution to the region’s history.
