Manipur, Oct 23: The Assam Rifles celebrated the vibrant Manipuri festival of Ningol Chakouba with the people of Manipur, fostering unity, cultural pride, and community bonding. The festivities took place across Kakching, Pallel, and Bijoypur on October 20 and 22, 2025, bringing together locals and security personnel in joyous celebrations.
