Changlang, Nov 5: The Assam Rifles celebrated Rangfra Day, the indigenous religious festival of the Tangsa and Tutsa communities, at Government Higher Secondary School, Manmao, Changlang, Arunachal Pradesh, on Tuesday. The event aimed to promote peace, harmony, and cultural unity among the local communities.
