New Delhi, Oct 31: Capt Yara Vijaya Simha Naidu of the Assam Rifles was felicitated by General Upendra Dwivedi, PVSM, AVSM, Chief of the Army Staff, for his exemplary performance in the highly prestigious Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw Essay Competition.
