Dimapur, Jan 24: The Assam Rifles successfully organized the 18th Tranche Rozgar Mela at the Assam Rifles Training Centre and School in Dimapur, Nagaland, on January 24, 2026. The event aimed to provide employment opportunities to youth and strengthen government initiatives for transparent recruitment.

Shri Kamlesh Paswan, Hon’ble Minister of State for Rural Development, graced the occasion as Chief Guest and personally handed over appointment letters to the newly selected candidates. A total of 366 individuals received appointment letters for positions across various Central Government organizations, marking a significant step in youth employment and empowerment.
The Rozgar Mela showcased the government’s commitment to promoting career opportunities, transparency, and skill-based recruitment. Officials emphasized that such initiatives reflect a collective effort of multiple departments nationwide to support job creation and address unemployment challenges.
