Kangpokpi, Mar 29: The Assam Rifles, under the aegis of Spear Corps, conducted an interactive outreach programme at KSO Community School, L Hengjol, Kotlen, aimed at fostering teamwork, discipline, and positive engagement among students and teachers.

The initiative included sessions on leadership, communication skills, and collaborative exercises designed to strengthen students’ confidence and problem-solving abilities. Teachers participated in discussions on educational innovation, student motivation, and creating a supportive learning environment.
Officials from the Assam Rifles emphasized the importance of building a strong rapport between the armed forces and local communities, noting that such programmes help bridge gaps and promote mutual understanding.
