Tengnoupal, Dec 4: Lieutenant General Vikas Lakhera, AVSM, SM, Director General of Assam Rifles, along with all ranks, paid homage today to the valiant soldier who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty on December 4, 2016.

In a solemn ceremony, personnel across Assam Rifles units participated in a tribute to honor the courage, dedication, and selflessness displayed by the soldier while serving the nation.
