Shillong, April 27: Lieutenant General Vikas Lakhera, AVSM, SM, Director General of Assam Rifles, along with all ranks of the force, has paid solemn tribute to the brave soldiers who made the supreme sacrifice in the line of duty on April 27.

The Director General led the commemoration, honouring the courage, dedication, and unwavering commitment of the fallen personnel who laid down their lives in service of the nation. He saluted their bravery and expressed deep respect for their sacrifice, which continues to inspire generations of soldiers.
