Tezpur, July 23: Reinforcing its commitment to education, cultural preservation and community engagement, the Assam Rifles extended full support for the successful conduct of the cultural programme "Ontorongo Aalap – The Story of Historic Tezpur", organised by the North East Educational Trust in collaboration with the Anubhav Learning Centre at Assam Rifles, Lokra, Assam.

Held on July 21, the programme celebrated the rich history, traditions and cultural heritage of Tezpur, often regarded as the cultural capital of Assam. Students captivated the audience with a series of vibrant performances, including cultural presentations, storytelling and stage acts depicting Tezpur's historical legacy and timeless traditions.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, parents, District Education officials, teachers and members of the local community, creating a vibrant platform for cultural exchange and learning.
