Phek, Nagaland, Oct 2: Assam Rifles Public School, Phek, celebrated Gandhi Jayanti with zeal and enthusiasm, honoring the legacy of Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation. The event, held on 2 October 2025, witnessed active participation from 24 students of the school.

The celebrations included a variety of activities such as a cleanliness drive, speech competition, skit, and fancy dress contest, all aimed at instilling Gandhian values of cleanliness, discipline, and social responsibility among the students. Teachers and staff lauded the students for their creativity and commitment during the event, emphasizing the importance of Gandhiji’s teachings in today’s world.
