Senapati, Oct 30: The Assam Rifles, under the aegis of Spear Corps, in collaboration with the Department of Tourism, Government of Manipur, facilitated the successful conduct of the 6th Cosmos Flower Festival 2026 at Naamai Zho Valley in Senapati district.
