Saru Mesai, Assam, Nov 21: Under Operation Sadbhavana, the women of Saru Mesai village were provided sewing machines and vocational training by Spear Corps to enhance their skills and promote self-reliance.

The initiative aims to empower women by equipping them with the tools and knowledge to generate income and support their families. Beneficiaries expressed gratitude, stating that the support will help them become financially independent and contribute to the economic development of their community.
Spear Corps officials highlighted that such programs not only foster entrepreneurship but also strengthen social cohesion and uplift local communities through sustainable livelihood opportunities.
