Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha will address the members of Legislative Assembly at the Legislative Assembly complex in Jammu on Monday at 10:00 am.
The address, regarded as a formal and solemn occasion, will be delivered in the presence of all Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly members, who in a communication have been requested to take their seats five minutes before the arrival of the Lieutenant Governor.
Members have been instructed to maintain decorum and attentively listen to the address.
“The Budget session on Mach 3 will begin with the national anthem, which will be played by the band as the Lieutenant Governor arrives at the dais, and again after the conclusion of the address. All relevant parties, including the Chief Minister, the Speaker, and various administrative departments, have been informed of the event,” reads an order.
The Lt Governor’s address will be broadcast and telecast by Doordarshan Kendra and All India Radio, ensuring wide coverage across both Jammu and Srinagar.
