The Inter-District Provincial Level Girls U-19 Handball Competition concluded successfully at Gindun Ground, Rajbagh, Srinagar, with District Baramulla emerging as the champions. Districts Kulgam and Ganderbal secured the runner-up and third place positions respectively.
The Baramulla girls displayed exceptional sportsmanship and skills to claim the trophy in the final. The award ceremony was graced by DYSSO Srinagar, Ghulam Hassan Lone, who was accompanied by senior officials of YSS Srinagar. Speaking on the occasion, Gh Hassan Lone applauded the victorious teams and participants, urging them to embrace sports as a tool for fitness and excellence. He also thanked the technical team and media Dpc Srinagar for widely circulating the event on social platforms.Meanwhile, the Inter-School District Level Rugby Selection Trials for girls of all age groups concluded today at Rugby Home Polo Ground, Srinagar, with the participation of 50 girls.
