With the Increasing trend of youth towards sports, while local tournaments and activities of the Youth Sports Department are going on in Budgam district, My Yuva Bharat is also organizing sports competitions at the block level across the district and under the same umbrella, a Block Level Sports meet was organized by Friends Youth Club Russu at the ground of Government Degree College Soibug in which various events including Volleyball, Badminton, Short-put, Race and other competitions were played in which a large number of players from Block Soibug and Budgam participated. On this occasion, Police Post Soibug DO Sohail Ahmad, Principal College and Social Worker Jibran Dar & Waseem Ahmad Malla Inaugurated the competitions as Special Guests and on the occasion, the players were urged to organize sports competitions to stay away from drugs & It is the need of the hour.It should be noted that competitions are currently being held across the district by the my yuva bharat Department.
