Rangapahar, Nagaland, Sep 26: Lt Gen Abhijit S Pendharkar, GOC Spear Corps, inaugurated a blood donation drive at Rangapahar Military Station, organized by the 165 Military Hospital in collaboration with the Christian Institute of Health Sciences and Research, Dimapur. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from military personnel and civilians alike, including six female donors who championed the noble cause.

The drive aimed to promote voluntary blood donation, raise awareness about the importance of safe blood for medical emergencies, and encourage community participation in life-saving initiatives. Health experts were present to ensure proper screening, collection, and storage of donated blood.
