Kohima, Dec 19: In a unique initiative to enhance mental resilience, the Brahma Kumaris, through their Security Service Wing (SSW), conducted a spiritual empowerment and stress management session for Assam Rifles personnel at Kohima Garrison.

The program emphasized the importance of mental fitness alongside physical readiness, introducing participants to Rajyoga meditation and practical techniques for stress management and overall well-being.
A total of 201 personnel participated, including 5 officers, 20 Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs), and 176 Other Ranks. The session underscored the growing recognition of mental health as a vital component of operational effectiveness in security forces.
Participants lauded the session, noting that the guidance provided tools to remain calm, focused, and mentally strong under challenging conditions.
