The Youth Services and Sports Department is actively involved in organizing various sports competitions at various levels from district to national and international competitions, while these efforts are in line with the vision of promoting the development of sports at the grassroots level and ensuring continuous quality programming for the youth. Along with the boys belonging to the same Jammu & Kashmir province, the Youth Services and Sports Department, Budgam, organized Cycling Competitions from under 14 to under 19 under the girls category in which students of both groups participated enthusiastically and tried their best to outdo each other. Although the race started at 6:30 am from Gagarpora Staff Narbal and ended at Kunzar Tangmarg, the boys category race ,While the Girls wing race concluded at Petrol Pump Magam.During which Girls along with boys participated with enthusiasm from U-14 to U-19. Finally, a Closing Ceremony was held at the ground of Sundarabad Hostel Narbal where District Youth Sports Officer Budgam Ghulam Hassan Lone participated as the Chief Guest and SI Fayaz Ahmad distributed prizes and certificates among the players.
