Children from different parts of the valley are actively participating in sports activities and are seen participating in various events.School level children in all the districts of the valley are seen busy showing their talent. On the other hand, Competitions are also underway at the inter-district level by the Youth Services and Sports Department.The Inter District Level Wushu Under-17 and Under-19 Girls Category Competitions started in Narbal Sundarabad of Budgam district and were inaugurated by the Chief Education Officer of the district, Rifat Irfan Qadri, in the presence of Senior Officials of the Sports Department.
On this occasion, the children were urged to participate in sports competitions and emphasized the importance of sports in playing a good role among the youth and appreciated the organizers, officials and the Sports Department for the wonderful organization and success of the championship. On the opening day, the girls were seen demonstrating their performance, attacking each other fiercely and trying hard to take the lead and win, which excited the rest of the girls to show their sportsmanship.It is worth noting that a large number of Girls participated in this event and these Inter District Level events will continue in Sunderabad Narbal till the 9th of this month. It may be recalled that later, the Chief Education Officer along with other officials took a detailed Inspection of the Samagra Building.
