Budgam, April 11: An important meeting regarding the implementation of the Sports Activity Calendar 2025-26 issued by the Directorate of Youth Services and Sports, J&K was held today at Sheikh ul Alam Hall, Budgam under the leadership of District Youth Services and Sports Officer Ghulam Hassan Lone.All the zonal in-charges of the district along with Physical Masters, Teachers,Rek's, Ground men's and other employees participated in the meeting and highlighted their respective problems and suggestions and some demands regarding sports activities.During the meeting, DYSSO Budgam stressed the importance of adhering to the timeline and maintaining transparency and discipline in organizing sports competitions in all 12 zones. He further emphasized on encouraging mass participation and talent identification among school going youth through organized sports competitions and activities.

All zpeo's assured their full support and commitment for the successful implementation of the sports calendar.The meeting ended on a positive note with a collective resolution to make future sports competitions more inclusive, competitive and well coordinated.
