Budgam, Jan 26: During the current year, the Band Master and Senior Physical Masters of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Budgam, including PEL Abdul Lateef Rather,Syed Zahoor Ahmad and Farooq Sajad, were awarded for their excellent performance in the department. On the occasion of the 77th Republic Day at the Sports Stadium Budgam, the District Administration Budgam honored them for their exemplary services and outstanding contribution to the department, while in addition to them, last week in Jharkhand, three cyclists from the valley belonging to the Narbal zone brought glory to their district by winning gold medals and were also awarded with awards and certificates by the District Administration. It is worth noting that the Deputy Commissioner Budgam, Dr. Bilal Mohiuddin Bhat, IAS, during the Republic Day celebrations, appreciated their dedication, professionalism, and the youth in the district.The Senior Masters who were awarded the certificates of appreciation in recognition of their continuous efforts to promote activities, sports and strengthen cultural representation have played a significant role in enhancing the quality of sports programmes and formal events, which reflect a deep sense of discipline, commitment and public service.
