Srinagar, April 23: The Department of Community Medicine at SKIMS Medical College Bemina launched its Competency Based Medical Education (CBME) Series with an inaugural session aimed at strengthening modern medical teaching practices.

Held under the patronage of Principal Fazlul Qadir Parray, the programme focused on orienting faculty and senior residents to outcome-based, learner-centered education. Participants from multiple departments attended the interactive session, reflecting the institution’s commitment to academic excellence.
