
New Delhi, July 3: Director General of Assam Rifles, Lt Gen Vikas Lakhera, AVSM, SM, on Friday called on Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) NS Raja Subramani, PVSM, AVSM, SM, VSM, in New Delhi to discuss the evolving security scenario, operational preparedness and measures to strengthen inter-service coordination.
The high-level interaction focused on enhancing jointness among the Armed Forces, improving inter-service synergy and reinforcing the collective commitment towards safeguarding the nation's security interests.
