
Charari Sharief, June 3: The Chairperson of Jammu & Kashmir Waqf Board Dr Syed Darakhshan Andrabi today visited Chrar-e-Sharif where she took stock of the ongoing construction works. She discussed the project details on the spot with the Engineers. Andrabi interacted with the people regarding the ongoing infrastructural projects. Waqf Chairperson handed over a new Ambulance vehicle to the people of Chrar-e-Sharif on behalf of the Waqf Board. The local civil society members thankeed Dr Andrabi for the ambulance service at the shrine for general public. "While we are continuously building grand infrastructure at the shrine, creating more and more facilities for the people, beautifying the shrine and the campus, this Ambulance service will fulfill a long pending demand of the people of Chrar-e-Sharif", said Andrabi. She said that the welfare measures by the Board are going on simultaneously throughout J&K. "Chrar-e-Sharif is a very important destination of J&K on the spiritual landscape and we all revere this place. Waqf Board has donehuge transformation at the shrine complex during the past four years and the journey of development continues", said Andrabi. She was accompanied by Er Qazi Mushtaq Executive Engineer, Syed Ghulam-e-Murtaza AEE, Rehmatullah Bhat Administrator of the shrine among others.
