Shillong, Oct 29: The spirit of compassion and creativity converged at All Saints Hall, Shillong, as Project Empathy and Assam Rifles Public School (ARPS) jointly hosted “I Am With You” — The Empathy Art Exhibition, inaugurated by Hon’ble Chief Justice of Meghalaya, Justice Soumen Sen. The exhibition, open from October 29 to 31, 2025, is a unique initiative celebrating empathy as both an emotion and an actionable force for change.

In his address, Justice Soumen Sen lauded the initiative for using art as a medium to foster understanding and emotional intelligence among youth. He emphasized that empathy, often overlooked in a fast-paced world, is essential for sustaining peace, harmony, and humanity.
The exhibition features an inspiring collection of artworks by students of Assam Rifles Public School, each piece narrating stories of connection, healing, and shared human experiences. From paintings to installations, the young artists have captured how empathy can bridge divides and build inclusive communities.
